Andile Mawethu Khoza holds an Economics degree from the North-West University. He began his career at a Risk management consultancy where he focused on the Business Development and the growth of the company. Through this he engaged Mining, Financial, ICT and Property Development houses. Andile has gained an extensive understanding of the Mining sector and its value chain through his exposure as a business development practitioner.

Having worked in telecoms, retail banking, and retail industry he has acquired a range of complementary skills from financial management, supply chain management, retail management, project management, marketing and franchising that are well suited for the competitive business environment.
